We're excited to announce that the latest version of Builder Signal (1.19.4) is available with exciting new features designed to enhance your and your homeowner's experience! Here's what's new:
1. Share Construction Videos with Builder Signal
You spoke and we listened. We are proud to announce the arrival of Video to the Builder Signal App. You can now send your homeowners video of the construction of the home. To do this, just make sure you take the video before opening the App. Then, once you open the App, the video will appear in your photo library. Simply select and send.
You can now add and delete App Users by community. This means when you have a new App User on your team, or move them to a new community, you can add that person to all homes in the community instead of adding by address, one at a time.
Also, if you need to delete an App User from the Admin Dashboard, you can now reassign the homes that person had to multiple App Users.
3. Personalize Homeowner Sites with a Community Image
This one was a request from many builders trying to bring more personalization to the homeowner experience. You can now add an image to the homeowner's website at the community level.
Example: If you want to include the community entry monument or a photo of the community center to all homes in that community, you are able to add these images by going to the "Community" page under "Settings". This image will override the global image found in your "Branding" setting. A wonderful way of personalizing the experience for your homeowner.
